Jennifer is a highly experienced property lawyer with expertise in the areas of property development and residential and commercial conveyancing.

She has acted for developers of residential and commercial estates, from acquisition of the development site through to "off the plan" sales and settlements. This work has included drafting easements, covenants, strata management statements and strata by-laws.

Jennifer has extensive experience advising developers on the numerous strata and community title issues related to the development of  land under the strata title and community title schemes in New South Wales including the termination of strata schemes, the preparation of residential, retail and commercial by laws, building management agreements, strata management statements and community management statements.

In addition, Jennifer has experience in all areas of conveyancing including company title sales and purchases, old system title conveyancing and the conversion of old system titles.

Jennifer also regularly advises clients in relation to commercial leasing, retail leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, liquor licensing, the preparation of wills and probate and estate administration.
