Pat has had wide experience in a number of legal disciplines and is part of our Planning and Environment, Corporate and Commercial and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He has been a partner at Harris & Company since 1999 and in private practice since 1983.

As a commercial lawyer, Pat has expertise in significant areas of property, planning and business law. This includes advising clients in the establishment of appropriate legal entities and the preparation of documentation relating to the purchase, sale, financing, planning and development of property interests.

Consistent with his result-orientated approach, Pat is able to assist his clients when litigious intervention is necessary. Pat is the principal of our Planning & Environment Practice Group and appears regularly in the Land and Environment Court.
