Paul is one of the founding partners of Harris & Company and has been in private practice since 1973.

Paul assists clients in matters relating to property law, including buying, selling and mortgaging of commercial, industrial and residential property.

His expertise extends to leasing, acting for lessor and lessees, varied  development projects, subdivisions and strata subdivisions (especially for commercial buildings), project finance, building agreements and options to purchase.

Paul has acted for large development companies and has been involved in various stages of projects from initial planning through to construction, financing, leasing and selling.

He has acted for large property dealers, often involving major city properties where timing is essential in achieving a purchase or a sale.

Paul has acted for a number of major project home builders and has expertise in drafting home building agreements for major home builders and advises home builders and developers in respect of their day to day issues.

Paul also acts for clients in the sale and purchase of businesses as well as assisting clients with the preparation of wills and probate applications.
