Stephen Remington is one of the founding partners of Harris & Company and has been in private practice since 1976.
Stephen has extensive experience in the area of family law, both in the matrimonial context and in relation to de facto partnerships, especially concerning the resolution of property disputes.
Stephen also practises in the area of trusts and estate administration, wills, estate planning and claims against deceased estates under the family provision legislation.
He also acts in conveyancing and general commercial matters, especially those arising out of the above areas of practice.
